Annual report 2009
Kesa Electricals is Europe’s third-largest electrical retailing group, with over 750 stores operating in 12 countries. All of the group’s operating companies share a common trading philosophy which is based on three principles: best price, best choice, best service.
We have been working with Kesa on its annual report since 2005, and the business has always been keen to present a consistent, slow evolution in design and presentation, which each year’s report easily identifiable with the year before. As a group of retail businesses operating in different geographic markets, it has always been important to reflect all parts of the business in the report, giving a clear, consistent view of how the Kesa model is applied individually to each business.
As always, the report was produced in both English and French, meaning that designs and layouts had to be considered applied to both languages at the outset (due to different practicalities, including position and French running roughly 15% longer than English), and to a tight schedule. We provided strategy, design, production and print for both versions.
