IPO microsite
We launched an IPO microsite this morning to support the announcement to float of Amadeus IT Holding, the leading provider of IT solutions to the travel and tourism industry, on the Madrid Stock Exchange.
To ensure a seamless user experience, the microsite was built using the existing Amadeus corporate website design, and in both English and Spanish.
The website required a sophisticated IP blocker function that governed access to the site, to make sure Amadeus were in compliance with local legal requirements for disclosure of information during the flotation.
We are now working with them on an ongoing basis to turn this micro-site into a comprehensive investor relations website once the company starts trading shares.
