Trinity Square, Gateshead
Newsletter, Website and Tesco in store display
The development agreement between Spenhill, the regeneration subsidiary of Tesco and Gateshead Council was signed on 17th June and a month later the planning application was submitted. This included an agreement to demolish the multi-storey car park that dominates the town centre, known for its iconic structure made famous in the film ‘Get Carter’.
With work starting on site and demolition taking place this has invariably created interest and intrigue amongst the local community therefore to keep them informed of progress a newsletter was distributed, a new community website was built and a display was put up in the local Tesco store. All of these items will be updated regularly to keep everyone informed of what is going on in Gateshead.
