Tata Global Beverages takes employee engagement seriously, but that doesn’t mean it can’t be fun too!
Each year a set of “Culture Champions” are chosen from across the business and are tasked with engaging with their regions and rolling out initiatives that ensure the company culture is brought to life.
This year we worked with Tata Global Beverages to create an identity for the scheme, linking it closely to the company’s directional themes and injecting it with energy and vitality to ensure that the Champions are excited and enthused by the initial event. The identity was then rolled out across a pack of materials for each champion including name badges, business cards, cover notes, postcards, a booklet, notepaper and a tote bag to carry it all in.
