Polar Capital appointed us to create a consistent visual identity and redesign the company's website, before its flotation on AIM in January 2007. At the time, the company had no consistent use of logo or colour scheme.
While retaining Polar's existing mark, we used typography to bring the brand up-to-date and to formulate a consistent style. This was enhanced by a distinctive photographic language based on the company's name. The result was a corporate identity which communicates the gravitas of the organisation, together with it's individualism and pioneering attitude.
The new visual identity was rolled out across all the flotation materials, including the Pathfinder, a new corporate website, which was launched for the flotation, and Polar's first Annual Report.
