When Smith & Nephew, one of the world’s leading medical devices companies, bought the Swiss company Plus Orthopedics in March 2007, it asked us to produce a communications document and website which set out the rationale and benefits of the merger.

We designed on- and off-line materials, to strict guidelines, in eight languages – including Greek, Chinese and Japanese – to an extremely tight timescale.

We designed, produced the artwork, managed the print and deliveries on the printed materials, and designed and built a microsite.

We are now working with Smith & Nephew on a regular newsletter, updating employees on post-merger developments.
