Trinity Square is a project to redevelop Gateshead town centre. Potentially incorporating a Tesco Extra store, more than 60 shop units and kiosks, an approximately 750-bedroom student village, and car parking for around 1,000 cars, the project is being funded and developed by Spenhill, Tesco’s development subsidiary, in partnership with Gateshead Council.
The project is due for completion in November 2011.We have been asked to produce the marketing material to attract inward investment.
By September 2007, we had completed a PowerPoint presentation, which helped to secure an operator for the student accommodation; a website, to promote the development, with a locked area for information for key stakeholders; and had collated all the information for the signage planning submission documents.
We are now designing an overview brochure – principally for the use of Tesco and Gateshead Council; a smaller letting brochure; site signage;
t-shirts to be worn at the launch; and direct-mail which will be sent to retail letting agents.
